P-39 Airacobra, St. Clair River, Michigan
Sunday August 5th 2007: Dove the P-39 Airacobra Fighter Plane that a Tuskeegee Airman crash landed in the North Channel of the St. Clair River in 1942. It obvioulsy obliterated on impact put pretty cool dive. Found some .50 caliber ammo, Allison V-12 engine, landing gear, lots of aluminum sheet metal, parachute cord etcetera....
