[Choose #1] I was taught several things when I was on a dive club staff teaching students Open Water courses. That was that it’s not "dove", it’s "dived", there not "flippers" they’re "fins" and there is no such thing as "diving goggles" it’s a "mask"!

[Choose #1] I use both, but I tend to use "dived" more often. If I want to use "proper" English I’ll say "have dived" instead of my normal Southern, "done dove." :)
