Several years ago I read this book: An American Underwater Odyssey: 50 Dives in 50 States. I was absolutely enthralled by the idea of combining the idea of such a goal with my diving passion.

Since then, I have been trying to itch and etch my way through the country to see if I can dive the 50 states prior to getting too old to dive.

As of today, I have dived mostly in the Midwest, Puerto Rico and Florida.

I found this site today: http://www.scubaspots.com/index.php However, I do not believe it is up to date as some stores in Indiana had recently closed.
