Day 11
We arrived at the pool at 0730. We set up our geared up. When Gary, Our Evaluator, was ready we went into the pool. We did a skill circuit. I found it funny that they skill circuit we did was exactly what Georgia had us do yesterday. She must be psychic. LOL. We regrouped. We presented out Confined Water Presentations. I went last. I present an approach with a Quick Reverse. It went well. I scored in the twenty’s’ on my skill circuit and four point something. Once I heard that I passed I stopped listening. We broke until after lunch. WE came back to present our Knowledge Development Presentations. I had an ERDPML presentation. I got a 4 something for going to long. Dang the bad Luck. We went down stairs and took the two Exams. I took the General Standards first. I want to talk to who ever is in charge of PADI’s Exams. They need to take a class on how to write a test question. I finished that and walked out side. I wanted to beat my head against the wall. Some of the questions were so poorly written. I went back in and asked how I did on the Standards test. I was told I was good. I took the 5 Part Dive Theory test. It had some interesting questions. I mad it through once and then went back and did the Physic’s part again to be sure. I turned mine in. I received and 88 on the Standards test and 4 100s and a 92 on the Five Part Dive Theory Exam. I was so damn happy to pass I could care what questions I had gotten wrong. Mojito time! I did a little celebrating with all of my peers. We had all passed the Exams. Now it is time to focus on tomorrow’s Open water presentations. Stay tuned for Tomorrow’s continuing adventures of the
Oceandivers IDC. And the PADI Instructor Examination in Key Largo, FL
Does anybody read these????
