PADI replacement ID
I was certified in 1989, but after years of moving and losing my ID, I was able to go to www.padi.com and with minimal information required about myself, I was able to print out a temporary ID and choose from several designs, uploading my photo, and certification date and other pertinent info on the credit card-style one they send soon after. I can’t recall the fee, but it was less than $25....
