Wreck of the Oaxaca
Well while reading on the Texas parks and wildlife site about artificial reefing of ships, I ran accross some information on a Mexican freighter sunk off the coast of Port O Connor. This ship was sunk by the German Uboat 171. Even thought this vessel was sunk in shallow muddy water, Im doing research on possibly diving this wreck. Just some randomness
Well Ive been outta diving a few years and it is no time to get all my gear serviced. Ive got 6 tanks 1 steele 72 initial hydro was 1968 but its been inspected 4 times since then. I have 5 aluminum 80`s only one is the 6351 alloy gonna have it checked but may fail anyway. Need to get regulators and BC serviced as well then i plan on getting wet few times this year. My wife wants to get certified as well so we may look into that as well....
