Dive Joke
Last week, (3) groups headed out to do some dives off the reefs in Palm Beach. Group one was a PADI group, group two was from the local YMCA and the third group was from NAUI. As the groups reached their dive destination, the Captain of the boat shouted from the bridge he was having some major problems and it looked as if they were going to have to "ABANDON SHIP!" USS Indra
The trip was really good for all of you who missed out. We were able to get in a Radio Island Dive Sat morning before the storm came through and wwhile eating lunch we were lucky enuff to sit though the storm only to be let down by a mishap with a missing Diver. Fortunately the Diver was found and was in good condition. Our trip was cancelled due to our boat being invloved in the search for the missing diver. First Class
This was our first Open Water check off dive for 2008. We went to Fantasy Lake in Rolesville NC and really had a blast. We were able to check off 13 divers after Sunday Afternoon. We will be returning to finish up the ones unable to endure the water and the bad weather. Water temps at the surface was 68 degrees and about 52 degrees at 54 feet. Really look forward to seeing some of you out there sometime and lets doing some diving together....
