This is a drift dive normally between the Warren Ave and Minette Bridges.



Location: The Warren Avenue Bridge crosses the Port Washington Narrows in Bremerton.
Description: This is a high current area and during slack periods you can explore the bridge pylons. Depths at the base of the pylons range from 20 - 48 feet. Animals commonly seen here include sculpins, gunnels, sun stars, plumose anemones and nudibranchs. Shore access is 24 hours a day and no facilities are available as the site is in a residential area.

Sorry if this isn’t allowed but I didn’t know where else to go for help. If someone would be willing to contact me in regards to Oct 2019 tides and currents I can be more specific on time. My family needs some answers and we are out of options

FastFord - 9/11/2012 9:04 PM Rating Added: 3 Check out the Tide Tables and find the biggest tide exchange of the summer...usually in July. The do the drift at the peak of the flood current with a chase boat...fastest drift I have ever done. It only took us about 10 minutes to drift the mile...playing Superman the whole time. The other thing that was trippy was to grab hold of something, spin around and face into the current....the current is so strong it will make your regulator free flow. One time during a more relaxed drift we found a hand gun that was traced by the police back to a armed robbery suspect...only in Bremerton.
