I went scuba diving here on 11/11/2012. Average viz: 16-20ft/5-6m. Water temp: 76-80°F/24-27°C.
Visibility clears up once you get out of the channel. Found a he’e (octopus), plenty of puhi (eels), spiny lobster, lots of nudibranchs, and the requisite honu (turtles). Interesting find today was a 6’ mano (whitetip) lurking in one of caverns...pretty cool.
