Been several years since I have last dove there. It is owned by Joe Clark,.... quite a character. I think he usually charges $20- $25 to dive there. Other than some gear stands & a shelter or 2 built by the local dive shops, there are no facilities. You will have to make your way around the swimmers (a lot of them drunk). A few years ago, it became the local swimming, drinking & party hole. I believe it has been toned down & cleaned up some since then,... but don’t hold your breath. Lock up your personal property. Gets to about 35 ft in a couple areas. There are a few things sunken down there. Like I said, it’s been about 5 yrs since I’ve been there.

Does anyone dive here that is free to dive during the week? Looking for dive buddies and to dive new places.

Joe is a great guy, nice and easy point of entry, fun atmosphere and saw multiple paddle fish. Overall a great place to dive and have a good time.

Falling Rock is one our go-to quarries. It’s close by, easy to dive, and depending on how many divers are there, it can be a great dive or not so much. We were there a few weeks ago, and there were only a handful of people at the site. Visibility was excellent and water was warm.

I did my certification dives at Falling Rock. I’ll never forget that most amazing feeling you get on your first dive. I felt like I never wanted to leave the water.
