Raining of and off / Poor visbility (15-20 ft).
Some nice fish, but not much variation.

I went scuba diving here on 4/15/2004. Average viz: 21-25ft/6-8m. Water temp: 81-85°F/27-29°C.

It is an artificial reef made from three barges. Plenty to see. There were a Goliath Grouper inside the Barges.
