Fisherman’s Paradise is a boat accessible salt water dive site, located in Grenada. This dive site has an average rating of 4.00 out of 5 from 1 scuba divers. The maximum depth is 51-60ft/16-18m. The average visibility is 31-35ft/9-11m.

Depth: 11-18 meters

This is one of the more challenging, but unbelievably rewarding dive sites that Grenada has to offer. Located at the Southern end of the island where the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean meet, the current here is usually extremely unpredictable and usually quite strong. Because the site is too small to be seen while drifting, many times this dive has to be aborted because of the potentially unsafe conditions.

At this site, you can see some of the loveliest, most pristine coral in Grenada, and an unbelievable number of fish, including large Tuna, Jacks, and Nurse Sharks, squirrelfish, trunkfish, Moray Eels, and the occasional Hawksbill Turtle passing by.

Don’t miss this dive!

I had a crazy drift dive here today. The dive site is a 15 minute boat ride from Grand Anse Bay. Here the Atlantic meets the Caribbean, and the currents can be strong at times. Today was one of those days. I went with 5 other people, three of whom are dive masters.

The reef was absolutely amazing. I came face to face with a large turtle that was chilling under a rock. The drift was awesome! When we made our safety stop we could see the bottom just flying by. We were a half mile from the drop site when the boat picked us up. It took us 20 minutes to locate the 3rd group after they surfaced. It was a great time!
