This was a small wooden boat (50 ft) that was dug up during dredging a few years back. It is about one hundred feet out from the breakwater at a 90 degree angle to the wall. Interesting to see the condition of the wood. The bow is intact, but the stern is ribs.
One source named this wreck the "Tramp", I was not able to confirm this, however.
This access is the park next to the marina across the street from Scuba North.
