Dslowe - 4/20/2023 4:48 PM Rating Added: 5 Phillips Dive Park is only accessible to people assigned to GTMO. It is unfortunate, because the area is beautiful. Perfect diving conditions on most days, with pristine reefs and a variety of wildlife. While assigned there, I dove with turtles (nearly every dive), manatees, rays, sharks, squid, octopus, hundreds (yes) of lobster and many other species. If you are stationed at GTMO, you MUST at least do a Discover Diving course so you can experience the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
