Located in Playa del Carmen Mexico. Named Tortugas due to the inhabitation of green sea turtles that feed on the bottom. Lot’s of big fat Green Morays. Not unusual to see Bull sharks in the area if the temperature is right. Great dive site for turtles but little coral structure.
