COORDINATES ARE APPROXIMATE.
The old passenger liner (30 feet high, 120 feet long) is depends of the shallow depth perfect for divers and snorkelers. The wreck sunk by accident in front of the Dreams La Romana Resort. It sank in about 20 min. and for this reason you will find some stuff from the crew inside the wreck.
The reef around the wreck also has a lot of things to see. From lion fishes to small crabs and small stingrays, everything is there.
Who likes to see what a anchor chain can do has to look in the front part of the wreck. The reef is completely destroyed. The chain is more than 100m/300 feet long and the anchor is still on place. Around the wreck the reef is still intact and will cover a lot of underwater life.
In the wreck all the rooms are safe and secured to dive and all the doors are open or out. In the deeper part you will find the engine room without the engines but be careful here hanging still a lot of cables around and the floor has a lot of silt.
