19th Hole is a boat accessible salt water dive site, located in Christiansted, St. Croix, Virgin Islands (U.S.). The maximum depth is 141-150ft/43-46m. The average visibility is 71-80ft/22-24m.
Some of St. Croix’s dive site names are pretty clever, and some are just named for the nearest point on land, which, in the case of this site was the 18th hole of the Buccaneer Hotel’s golf course. Don’t worry about getting hit by errant golf balls as it’s still well over a half mile offshore. The site has a flat sandy bottom with lots of coral. Within 50 yards of the mooring you’ll come to a gently sloping wall.
