Hamlin Lake Dam is a shore accessible fresh water dive site, located in Ludington, MI 49431. This dive site has an average rating of 2.00 out of 5 from 1 scuba divers. The maximum depth is 5-10ft/2-3m. The average visibility is under 5ft/2m.

Easy walk ( 100 feet) from parking to just below Dam area. Put in below board walk and dive upstream to dam or float down stream and drift though the deep spots in the Big Sable River. It is helpful to dive with extra weight to hug the bottom.

This can also be done as a nice snorkel float down to Lake Michigan.
