I went scuba diving here on 8/25/2015. Average viz: Under 5ft/2m. Water temp: 76-80°F/24-27°C.
Car driven by suspected drunk driver, flipped into Duck Lake and sank in approximately 6 feet of water at 11PM.

Latitude: 31.7477
Longitude: -106.4030

Car flipped upside down and sank into 6 feet of water. I had just been activated onto the water rescue and was only issued SCUBA gear. Members of the team were in swift water dry suits and had been unable to extricate the victim. I had to invert, push the body away from the car and feel for where the seat belt was wrapped around the arm of the victim. I used a seatbelt knife to free the forearm of the victim. No dive light or helmet was issued to me, so the next day I went and bought them.
