From cbm369: I wear a basic Timex Ironman digital watch when I dive. Same, I went with the Timex after I got tired of my "dive watch" flooding. The Timex went thru a couple of bands before I retired it because both my computers kept time.
Get a band that goes around the wrist, not halfway. That way if one of the pins comes out you don’t lose the watch!

Do you ever press buttons underwater? ive seen some say do not do that (and not sure why you would need to press buttons underwater) I was just curious if you did, and if it had any result from that

I use a Seiko. Granted its not digital, but it is one of only a couple of brands that still use metal insides and not plastic!

I am a professional diver and according to me, the SourceSeiko SKX007 is a good option. It is easy to use and affordable in cost.
