We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our customers and students. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, assisting them with product selection, providing product knowledge, and processing sales transactions. Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
-Greet customers and provide assistance in locating items.
-Answer customer inquiries and provide information on products and services.
-Provide advice on product features and benefits.
-Maintain a clean and organized environment.
-Process payments and complete sales transactions.
-Build customer relationships.
-Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.
-Willing to pursue specialty certifications.
-Maintain/attend to necessary diving equipment.
-Create rental agreements.
-Handle equipment according to training.
-Schedule classes and appointments.
-Must be okay with children and dogs.
