 Is it safe to dive on day 4 of tonsillitis treatment?

Hi everyone,

I’ve been diagnosed with tonsillitis and have been on antibiotics for 3 days. I still have throat inflammation but no fever or breathing difficulties.

Does anyone know if it’s safe to dive in this condition? Are there any specific risks related to pressure or breathing?
