Dive center de Beldert is just north of Tiel. There is a store and entry into a gravel quarry. 51.926908,5.437832 About 30 minutes from Uden.
There is a dive shop on or near the Vinkeveense Plassen as well as some sort of active diving. 52.224645,4.95821

And there was something in Germany, but I am not remembering it’s name right now.
