Just read this today. The tail was cut off from one as well. Sadly my first thought was in line with Latitude. If you go on a fishing cruise in Florida or go to the piers, the dolphins are constantly molested because they steal fish off of lines, i can only imagine what these same type of people would do if no one was around and they could get away with it. Truly a a shame.
