Personally, I’d try frequent fresh-water foot rinsing during your trips. Whatever is bothering your feet might be easily washed away. Every time you drink a glass of water, pour one on your feet.

Also, more info would be helpful. Do your feet peel only around the edges? How about on top or on the soles? Do you use flip-flops a lot or any other interesting habits that might be relevant? Do you dive in salt or fresh water? Do you take any medications?

Do you wear scuba booties? If not, maybe you should start.
