I saw someone use one of those styrofoam head and neck display heads you would see in a store with a wig or hat on it.
We had a woman tear a neck seal on a liveaboard, they hung the suit in the hot engine room to help the glue cure.
I took a NAUI equipment specialty course, I think it was $75 if I didn’t want a card. They told me to bring my gear for use in the class. We tore now my regs, inflator, flushed the BC and it would have included drysuit repairs if I had brought one. Part$ were extra!
This might be a time to consider adding Zip seals
