I have two Backplate & Wing BCD’s One for tropical and a steel one for cold water that puts some of the weight up higher on my back.
Can’t beat them for comfort and have had other’s comment on my tank staying put as I climbed over a jetty.
Just get your weights right and don’t over inflate the wing to float upright in the water
