I don’t remember, but it looks gigantic next to my 5’5" frame, doesn’t it? We were freediving and spearfishing off Islamorada, FL, in about 45’ when out of the corner of my eye I saw this huge school of ’cuda’s swim by. On the outside of the school were a few very big ones. This was one of them and he swam directly towards me, fearlessly. After I shot him he took off like a rocket.. My friends on the boat were watching as he towed me on the surface for several minutes. It took another spear and another couple of runs before I was able to get my hands on him and swim him to the boat.
