So do I! I was stationed in Okinawa, Japan for two years. You could see these guys on every single dive. The diving there is awesome - far better than anything I’ve seen in Hawaii - and a heck of a lot cheaper if you utlize the American operators there. The only complication is you need to have base access priviledges in order to get tanks and other gear that meet US standards. There is no way I would use any of the rusty tanks you see the local dive shops using - plus they’re tiny tanks. I want AIR. I want hour+ long dives!
