OMG, That place is gross. They often have to bleach the walking paths as the extra high tides push the waste everywhere. I was not impressed during my visit in ’83.

Shi# exactly, there was a movie that showed 100’ vis in the canals, never going to happen!

I was wondering the same thing. When I was there over 5 years ago, the water looked pretty gross. Not sure anyone would want to dive there.
