I call it, a bathtub snorkel :)

Take one perfectly good snorkel and remove the mouthpiece. Then remove the top of the snorkel from the flexible hose. Then attach the mouthpiece to the top of the snorkel. Now you have a snorkel that can be used when you are lying on your back in a bathtub with your head and face completely underwater to drown out all the noise in the world. Warning, you may want to hold your nose or buy a swimmers nose clip.
