No dumber than The Shitty (sorry City) of Philadelphia passing laws about babies crying in movie theaters.
You might think there were no problems like crimes, drug dealers, or over-taxation here.
OK all politicians are stupid but no one can beat ours. Its almost become a point of pride to people who live here.

I’m betting it’s a fake. This has been on the net for at least 6 years and I think it started when Minnesota was one of the first states to ban smoking in public buildings.
