Do you really have to worry about the dehydrating effect of alcohol while diving if you drink a lot of BEER?

Of course. Thats why beer is third on the list. First dive, then drink after:). Dehydration is a big concern so you should never drink then dive. And dont drink a lot the night before a day of diving.
