My point exactly – no way he was going to get a swming health shark out of 3 feet of water
He bated the shark , if you look there was a fish at the end of his rod
Then the shark gets caught in the shallows , the guy takes the opportunity to take a picture with the shark
And then they have a hard time getting it back in the surf.
Its not like he went out in the water , dragged the shark out , took a selfy left the shark to die
Also its not that he caught the shark and eat it ( not that there is anything wrong with that )
It was fishing , catch and release and some vain Photo shoot
So on both sides of the story
People relax this shark will live to see another day , and there are so much worst things happening to our fish than a selfy

there is way more to the story @$##@%@
I have been around sharks for 20 + years , and I cannot think of any man no mater how fast , powerful or what ever you call it being able to pull any black tip shark ( healthy shark ) from any water. If you told me a dolphin, seal , grouper , Napoleon , or something that can be domesticated, hand feed I would believe it. Maybe a whale shark or a leopard shark ( sand shark ). But no shark will let you grab him. Only way to do it is to have him upside down ( in a trans) or half dead , that is way to big of a shark for a man. Again Healthy Shark
up to your waste in shark water , hanging on to the tail, have you seen what a shark does when he is pulled out of water or when he curls up to you in the water ? Its not the teeth.

Not understanding why he was not fined. No one in palm beach that has seen this, must not understand the effect that it has on the ocean and sending a message that it is ok to do that. This is happening way to much. I last heard of someone doing that to a baby Dolphin, and it died. Not sure where that was though.

Yea, I’m saddened even when people grab and shake the slug looking thingys that spew out ink. Leave the lil critters alone!

Why would someone do this?!? This man is clearly not a scuba diver.
