The garden hose isn’t even connected to the tank :)

Maybe the tank is his SMB and the hose his snorkel :)

This is obviously a setup but it’s funny. I was thinking they would use the tank as a float to keep their hose out of the water like a snorkel but anything that long would work as good as the tank itself for breathing.
