Has some pretty good information on them. The reason we don’t normally see them is they usually hide during the day and feed at night at least that’s what i understand.

yes, if you read up on them actually their mantle is outside their shell. The first time we saw one we had no idea what it was either. very interesting

I thought a Cowrie was a shell creature. I have never seen anything like this before. Another member posted one like it the other day.
