Hi, Growing up in Southern California as a young girl I loved to swim in Huntington Beach waters. Then in 1975 Jaws came out. I was 13 and swore never to go into the water again. With that still in my mind I grew up and moved to San Clemente. I had 2 65 gallon aquariums and would dream about the ocean. At 23 in ’85 I took a deep breath and walked into Black Barts Aquatics in Dana Point and I said "I want to learn to scuba dive under the ocean." I fiqured if I could see what was under the water I would no longer be afraid. I was right. It’s been love ever since. I love diving off the coast of California. You just can’t beat the kelp beds and sea lions. The Channel Islands are awesome.Now living in Dana Point, I see the ocean every day. I’ve since also dove Baja, Guadalupe,Fiji, Australia,Curacoa,Cozumel,Florida,and Hawii. I’ve enjoyed most of these trips with my best friend and favorite dive buddy. My husband. When we’re not in the water playing we both enjoy cruising the hills on our Yamaha V Stars. We’ve only been riding 2 years and love it as well. Just another great way to truly feel free...
