Cozumel is my favorite all-around dive site (good all-inclusive inexpensive hotels, great reef, drift diving, cheap airfare). Aruba, Curacao and Roatan are second. Haven’t done Bonaire, but have done most of the other Caribbean islands. Love to dive! Want to do a scuba live-aboard, but wary of the tiny berths and limited menu (since I don’t eat seafood)!
