I am a Snorkeling, Skin, and Scuba Diving Instructor for SDI, TDI, HSA, and NAUI. I offer students knowledge in more than 25 diving specialties, as well as over 20 years of skin and Scuba diving and instruction experience. While working to earn my degree in psychology, I studied and authored a thesis on the psychological effects, processes, and demands on scuba divers, with the aim of developing better teaching methods for producing safer divers. I was named as a recipient of SDI’s Outstanding Instructor Award in 2011, and again in 2013. Some of my favorite dives have been photographing reefs and wrecks in the Mediterranean and Red Sea, as well as spearfishing along the East Coast of the U.S. and in the Caribbean.
