I became OW certified in 2013 and was immediately hooked on this amazing sport. Have spent 1 month on the island of Yap (Micronesia, in the Pacific) - best diving ever. Also trips to Florida, Jamaica, Belize, but honestly all has paled in comparison to Yap.

I live in central New York (Finger Lakes region). Have little interest in cold water diving, viewing wrecks, etc. I’m eager to continue in the tropical warm water regions around the world and would love to try to make at least one trip/year, if I can save up money.

Next plan is get my Advanced Open Water, and would also be interested in a Scientific Diving credential at some point too.
