Thanks ... It was pretty awesome. We were on our first day on a week-long live-aboard. Out to our first dive site, the boat slowed and we witnessed a sea turtle fend off an attack from a tiger shark! (I think the shark may have gotten a bit freaked by the boat, which aided the cause of the turtle greatly.)


As we were getting our gear on to make our first dive, one of the deckhands shouted, "Whale Shark!" ... You’ve never seen 10 divers get in the water that fast! The whale shark stayed with us for about two hours (we think it had a crush on our dinghy). I have to say, it was pretty memorable.
