Bill Beard is the true pioneer of scuba diving in Costa Rica. Bill was the first working instructor with the first professional dive shop in the country. Coming to Costa Rica in 1970 Bill brought the first tanks and compressor into the country and began diving from dug out canoes. In 1985 Bill combined adventure tours with scuba diving and now offers whitewater river rafting, tree top zip lines, whitewater river tubing, canyoning/rappelling, ATV Tours, rainforest tours, hot springs and volcanoes.
