My wife and I are going on a cruise, 7- day, Nov. 21, 2010 out of Galveston to, Montego Bay, Jamaica; Grand Caymen; and Cozumel, Mexico.


My wife doesn’t dive and I would like to have a buddy male or female to dive with. I know there are alot of people out there in my situatuion and are looking to buddy up. Even if you both dive, it would be nice to have someone along that knows the ropes and I can trust when diving.


I have a travel agent that is putting this together for me:

The earlier you contact them, the more choice you will have. We have already put up a $200 down payment to lock in the room we want.

Hey Dudley! I almost got real excited! I’ve been looking at cruises from Galveston for Greg, the kiddo’s and I and the one that I was looking at was leaving the 21st, same stops and was the Ecstasy. However, the one we’re 1/2 way looking at is in August.. not Nov. oops. How cool would that have been!? Greg would have loved having a DB member to do his dives with. Next time! ;O) And actually, i think we’re leaning towards a resort vacation now. HAVE FUN and I hope you have good luck with replies to your forum topic!

I,m looking into a cruise myself in Jan 11. My first cruise. Is it difficult setting up diving on a cruise? I think I would just contact a dive operater and go with a dive master.
