Rainbow Reef I would go with. Great company and great people.

I haven’t used them but a dive buddy told me he had a great time with Rainbow Reef.

Captain Slate at Atlantis for his stupid pet tricks and Conch Republic are my favorites when I’m in the Keys.
Ocean Divers and Rainbow were good in the past but Ocean Divers is under new management and I think Rainbow might be too.
The only one I would avoid is the dive Nazi at Looe Key Reef Resort. Prices were not as advertized, they only went to one dive site, yes they moved the boat but it was still on the same site, the crew was more interested in selling snacks than getting you back on board. Back at the dock she makes everyone stand in line so she can make sure you are not stealing her rental gear. She also charged me for tank fills I didn’t get, the list goes on :(

Might want to consider Sea dwellers Dive Center of Key Largo...we are a small, boutique-style Center...Captains & Instructors who have been with us for many years and even decades we try for the "personal touch"!
