Dutch Spring in PA Shallow water

Jeric, if you are looking for shallow there are a lot of choices closer than Dutch. Right in NYC you have 8th st. Beach

Down the Garden State Parkway in Shark River on the Belmar side is MaClearie Park

The down side to these two is they need to be done at slack high tide and you’ll need to rinse the salt out of your gear.
Both would be a good intro to limited viz NE diving. There is a group from here that dives MaClearie at night because that is the best time to see seahorses, watch the forum for dates.
