Maybe I’m wrong, but without knowing the type of snake this is, I’m thinking I see round eyes and the lower jaw conformation of a NON-venomous snake. Am I wrong or right?

As far as I am concerned they are all venomous.

@ Al, well living here in FL with animals, you should know that you want your property to be populated by the good guys, so as to keep the bad guys at bay. If one flies off half cocked killing all the good snakes, just because they are snakes, they are just too stupid. ;-), Right, or right?
