Yes, on my first dive ever at Blue Heron Bridge in West Palm. It was just lying on the bottom in a crumpled ball with a couple of shells attached. I thought it was trash at first.

Somebody just posted on BHB’s facebook page that they found bill$ this week too. All I ever find is knives, snorkels and weights :(
