I have AOW certification, certified in 1989. I haven’t done much diving in these 20 years, but I maintained and improved my swimming skillIs over this time.


I am looking for a dive buddy to take the cavern course with me at Ginnie Springs. I meant to take it 20 years ago, but because of various obligations I never got around to it. I would like to dive to the U853 which is a challenging historical wreck dive at the recreational diving limit in my backyard so to speak, and with penetration it exceeds that level. Cavern / cave diving is excellent training for this dive. As much as I "like" the Nazi submariners (Hitler’s best soldiers), I don’t want to spend eternity with them!
