Our first open water dive with my instructor it was sprinkling and pretty windy so we all drove down the road to maeda point great place to dive so much aqua life to see:) the only down fall was the like 100 stairs to walk down to the water, but the going down wasnt really the problem the going back up was so much harder lol we went to maeda for all of my open water dives, did all our class stuff got signed off then we were able to play and check things out:) got to see a good sized eel, a school of around 30 barracuda that was cool, a few stonefish, some giant multicolored fish with a really big head that made me lol underwater and flooded my mask, good thing i know how to clear it lol, there was just so much to see:) i got my temp cert sunday morning !! so we went back to maeda that afternoon for my first dive out of my class:) it was a blast:) yay so finally certed and very excited:) thanks for all the info everyone and the good wishes, glad to be a part of divebuddy.com :)
