Fast money is a growing competitor of long term value. The hopes of USS Kawishiwi landing in a square mile sink site that we worked on, for it, gone to Texas. The cost of maintaining these ships from a decommissioned date in the 90s...has got to be quite high. We’re paying for that. I just found this website, and they are quite fond of a final resting grounds for these more than important ships that were "all about long term everything." The scrapyard image is lovey.
